i-Sight, a provider of case management software for investigations, came to Scoop for assistance with content strategy and support on several marketing programs.

With an established brand in place, the company already had a robust content strategy and a lot of content and collateral, which were critical to lead gen and closing sales. However, they knew they needed a fresh set of eyes to ensure they would continue to attract and close leads in a rapidly evolving market.

i-Sight initially engaged with Scoop for a content strategy audit where we did a full review of their blog, SEO, email, social, PR, and more. From that audit, we created a series of strategic recommendations which provided the marketing team with guidance on potential and missed opportunities.

Following the audit, we were engaged on a retainer basis to provide consulting and content support for product marketing, as well as content for the blog and case studies.

For product marketing, we worked closely with the i-Sight team to modernize and rework product-specific collateral documents, including sales presentations, product feature documentation, and creating a content library for the sales team. Not only did this fill a gap while they worked to hire a product marketing manager, but it also enabled them to elevate the content and design with best practices recommendations from the Scoop team.
